How to Tell When Something Feels Out of Alignment

Today we're talking about the difference between being in resistance, and being out of alignment.

Resistance shows up when you’re getting ready to do something stretchy and outside of your comfort zone.

It feels like having to put on your favorite pair of jeans after a weekend of only wearing PJs.

You love the pair of jeans once they’re on, but the thought of staying in your comfy pants is definitely tempting!

On the other hand, you feel out of alignment when you’re about to move forward with something that doesn’t quite fit who you are.

It’s like trying on a pair of jeans built for a different body type that hugs in all the wrong places.

Maybe they look great on your friend, but they just don’t work for you.

Paying attention to the difference between these two feelings will save you SO much time and energy.

Move forward with choices that get you out of your comfort zone, but still feel like a fit.

And skip the ones that feel like putting on someone else’s pair of jeans ;)
