If you've been feeling overwhelmed this month, I want you to know that it's not too late to turn things around and make this month whatever you want it to be — your Best Month Ever.

All it takes is one decision and a slight shift in focus to get the momentum moving in the other direction. One of my favorite tools for doing this is creating and then referencing intentions for the month.

Here are my intentions for the month (feel free to steal any that resonate with you!):

I'm ending this year on a high note.

I’m opting out of holiday stress, and into holiday joy.

I'm showing up with patience and love.

I’m dropping expectations.

I’m creating and honoring healthy boundaries.

I’m prioritizing my physical, mental, and emotional health.

I'm being intentional with my time.

I’m slowing down.

I’m receiving more than I ever thought possible.

I’m saying yes when I mean it, and no to everything else.

I’m giving myself permission to play.

I’m participating in holiday traditions for the fun of them — even (especially) when they are totally unproductive.

I’m sinking into gratitude for my life, exactly as it is in this moment.

I’m moving through my days with presence and appreciation for all that surrounds me.

I'm ending this year on a high note.
