5 Ways to Feel Cozy AF This Winter

This time of year, I love leaning into all 5 senses for ultimate comfort.

Here my 5 favorite ways to feel cozy AF during shorter, colder days:

1) Touch: Taking epsom salt baths and cozying up with warm blanket

2) Taste: Eating nourishing foods and drinking warming teas

3) Smell: Lighting your favorite candles and trying out stovetop potpourri (you can see the one I recently made on my Instagram page here)

4) Sight: Getting outside and making sure you see sunlight during the day

5) Hearing: Allowing for lots of quiet time to unwind and starting to play some of your favorite holiday songs

I recommend starting with ONE small step and building from there.

Have fun with this, follow what feels good, and treat yourself!
