8 Power Thoughts to Get Out of Your Head & Into Action

Today I'm sharing a mindset hack to move your inner perfectionist out of the driver’s seat:

Look for a reason to take action that’s more compelling than your reason not to take action.

Find a thought — any thought! — to hold onto and pull you forward, out of procrastination.

Here are 8 of my favorite power thoughts to get started:

  1. My soul signed up for a life of expansion.

  2. I’m meant for more.

  3. I’m here for the growth.

  4. I want to see what I’m capable of.

  5. It feels good to make moves.

  6. I promise to be kind to myself no matter what happens.

  7. The Universe meets me at my point of action.

  8. I’m more supported than I could ever know.

Pick your favorite and RUN with it.

Let yourself be messy.

Let yourself get it “wrong” (even though there’s no such thing).


Let yourself publicly “fail” (even though nobody is watching *that* closely…and if they are — they’re def not your ideal customer!).

Lean in, and remember this truth: messy action and experimentation create far more results than perfectionism ever will.
