You know the classic saying "absence makes the heart grow fonder"?
This absolutely applies to your business too ;)
Taking time off to unplug allows you to replenish your energy, nurture the other areas of your life that matter most to you, and ultimately come back to work feeling refreshed and ready to go.
Not sure where to start?
Here are some non-work life areas and journal prompts to get your ideas flowing:
HEALTH - How can I support my physical well-being and feel more radiant? What sounds fun and energizing to me right now?
SPIRITUAL LIFE - What spiritual practice(s) make me feel most grounded and supported? How can I easily incorporate more of them into my days?
FAMILY - When do I feel most connected to my family/partner? How can I incorporate more of that time together into the next week?
FRIENDSHIP - What kinds of activities and get togethers fill my cup up the most?
HOBBIES - What do I enjoy (or did I used to enjoy) outside of work?
HOME - How can I spruce up my surroundings or create more calm in my living space? What sort of setup or rituals would make my home feel more like my own personal sanctuary?
I recommend starting with ONE small change you'd like to incorporate this week.
Notice how taking this time nourishes you as a human...and benefits your business too.
To thriving in both,
Megan

P.S. You don't have to choose between a wildly successful business and a deeply fulfilling personal life.
In fact, when you manage your thoughts and energy around both, they naturally begin to fuel one another.
Positive momentum builds across the board, and things get really fun!
If you're ready to experience your own version of work/life harmony and "having it all," I'm currently accepting new clients to help you do just that.
