There's something that's been on my heart to create for years...
Something I've planned out multiple variations of, yet it never felt *quite* right.
I thought it was because I hadn't found the right topic or name, or maybe because I was just procrastinating, but it actually went much deeper than that:
I had a lot of resistance to being seen and sharing my voice publicly.
After years of flying under the radar, I eventually got tired of holding myself back in this way.
This Anaïs Nin quote kept coming to mind: “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
I sought out support to work through these inner obstacles that kept me playing small once and for all.
It wasn't easy, but you know what?
Facing my own insecurities turned out to be much easier than living inside of them.
Finally, a few months ago, everything started to click.
The name dropped in, clear as day.
A hundred ideas filled the pages of my journal.
The floodgates had opened.
And I knew it was time to bring my podcast to life.
So, that's what I've been working on behind the scenes: a podcast that means SO much to me.
A podcast that captures my deep love for the art of coaching, and talks about how to thrive in life and business.
A podcast where I share the lessons, guidance and tools previously reserved for my private 1:1 clients publicly to help you experience more joy and peace of mind inside and outside of your work.
A podcast where I can support you mentally, emotionally, and energetically on a weekly basis.
2 of the episode styles will be 1) coaching people 1:1 (with the option to be anonymous), and 2) answering listener questions.
