My client came to our session with a heart full of dreams but a mind swirling with doubts around her new offer.
(Raise your hand if you've ever been personally victimized by your own fears around creating/launching a new offer 🙋♀️)
Let's be real: we've all been there!
So today I'm sharing the exact mindset shifts that helped my client clear up her fears, and move forward with confidence 💃
Let's dive in!
To start, my client knew exactly what she wanted to create next, but found herself held back by these concerns:
1️⃣ Not following 'business rules' she'd learned over the years
2️⃣ Fear of overcommitting her time and energy, leading to burnout and regret
3️⃣ Worries about her audience's reaction if she pivoted
My client took a few minutes to brain-dump all of her thoughts, and then we got to work sorting through them.
Through asking the right questions, cleaning out the clutter (like other people's opinions), piecing things together, and sharing insights, I helped her identify what's most true and aligned for her — beyond what anyone else thinks.
(When we're connected to our truth, it becomes SO much easier to make powerful decisions, identify next steps, and take them with confidence!)
Here's where my client landed with each of her initial fears (feel free to steal these and apply them in your own business!):
✔️ Breaking 'business rules': You understand your business, clients, and self better than anyone. You've learned a LOT about building a business over the years, and know the game well enough to make your own rules!
✔️ Avoiding burnout: Your energy and well-being matter. I'm a fan of designing offers that play to your strengths, honor your energy, and minimize work that drains you. Focus on what you love most (and work within your zone of genius) and you'll be good to go.
✔️ Audience reaction: Reconnecting with the core of why you're creating this new offer will reignite your confidence. Your ideal clients will not only get it, but appreciate the new offer because it's designed to help them get results more quickly and easily than ever before too.
And whether you have these specific concerns or not, remember: fear is normal. It's how we choose to navigate it that matters most when it comes to our ultimate success.
Acknowledge your fears, work through them, and (most importantly) don't let them stop you from sharing your gifts with the world!
It's worth it,
Megan
