Not Sure What To Do? Ask Yourself This Question

I know how easy it is to get in your head about making the "right" choice.

So today I'm sharing a very simple tip to help you make the best decisions for you.

But first, I want to take you back in time to when you were a kid.

(Go ahead, bring an image of little you to mind right now. Once you've got it, keep reading.)

As kids, we are SO tuned in…

To our intuition,

Our likes and dislikes,

Our imagination,

And who we are at our core.

We haven’t yet learned what’s “realistic,”

Or what we “should” be doing with our lives.

So we march to the beat of our own drums,

And follow the natural threads of what lights us up.

The more we get back to this place,

The more we release all the pressure and expectations we’ve picked up over the years,

The more we follow our joy,

And come home to ourselves,

The better life feels.

And the more we get to live in alignment with our purpose and who we truly came here to be.

I know that sounds a bit vague, so here's a very practical way to get started:

When making everyday decisions, ask yourself:

"What would make my younger self most excited or proud?"

Notice what comes to mind.

Then...do that!

(Bonus points if you do it right now & comment below with the decision you make :)

So much love for little (& current!) you,
Megan

P.S. If you're ready to spend less time in your head, and more time in ways that would make your younger self squeal with delight...

We should talk ;)
