How to Make a Decision When You Don’t Know What to Do

The truth is, you always know what to do. Deep down, even when you feel like you don’t.

That “I don’t know what to do” angst is a result of a ton of conflicting thoughts swirling around your head at once. Usually because the thing you know you want to do feels like the scarier option.

It requires more courage, and triggers your fear brain to show up with all the reasons not to do it. When this happens, it can feel impossible to get a sense of true clarity.

This is actually the fear brain’s goal!

When you’re confused and unsure of how to move forward, you get to stay exactly where you are, safe and sound inside of your comfort zone.

Mission: accomplished!

Once you’re aware that this is happening, you’ll notice how many of the “logical” thoughts in your mind are really just smoke and mirrors keeping you disconnected from your truth.

You’ll be able to sift through them and reconnect to that initial sense of clarity.

You can even ask yourself: “What was my first instinct?” and jog your memory back to what it was before all the other thoughts rushed in.

And then, as you get better and better at trusting (and acting upon) your first instincts, you won’t even need to go through this process.

You’ll bypass all of that unnecessary stress and anxiety.

You’ll get out ahead of the fear, act from your intuition, and save yourself lots of precious time and energy.

You’ll cover more ground AND do it all with a fuller cup.

This is 100% available to you. It’s safe to trust your first instinct, and your intuition will never lead you astray.

Give it a try with the next decision you make.

Relax, trust, act — and notice how good it feels.

You got this,

P.S. I’m currently accepting new clients who are ready to put fear in the back seat, relax, and let their intuition lead the way.
