Introducing: Joy Coaching

The Joy Coach is back.jpg

I’ve got a confession...

I’ve always secretly thought of myself as a Joy Coach.

At one point I shared it publicly, but then got in my head and quickly pivoted to something that felt “safer” and more marketable.

I was afraid of putting my truest self out there.

So I quietly showed up for my clients as a Joy Coach, while keeping my marketing focused on more “tangible” outcomes like growing your business. (See? Even coaches self-sabotage sometimes!)

Of course, the thing about our inner knowing is that it doesn’t go away. The whispers only become louder, until they’re impossible to ignore.

Over time, it’s become clearer and clearer: My zone of genius is helping overachievers experience more joy on a day-to-day basis. And, it’s not limited to entrepreneurs!

I’ve worked with everyone from small business owners to Forbes 30 under 30 CEOs to VPs of Fortune 500 companies.

My people are smart, capable women who know how to be successful in their careers, but are tired of always striving for more — and missing out on their lives in the meantime.

I’ve helped my clients:

  • Get off the emotional rollercoaster of always chasing happiness in the form of their next achievement

  • Turn off their computers (and more importantly, their brains!) after work to be fully present with their families

  • Reclaim their energy and physical well-being

  • Leave jobs and relationships that were no longer aligned

  • Start and scale businesses

  • Manifest dream homes, soulmates, and opportunities of all kinds

  • And feel truly content and at peace for the first time in their lives

The details vary, but the heart of our work always comes back to: work less, live more, and create a day-to-day reality that feels even better than vacation.

The more clients I’ve helped, the more I’ve come to realize: I’m not doing anyone any favors by keeping this all under wraps.

Now, I’m ready to fully own it! I’m ready to be seen for who I truly am and what I’m here to do.

My doors are officially open for a few 1:1 clients seeking a more joyful day-to-day experience.
