Put a hand over your heart and repeat the following:
It’s safe for me to relax.
It’s safe for me to slow down.
My world isn’t going to fall apart.
And it’s okay to take care of my own needs.
My body needs rest.
My brain needs rest.
And I’m willing to honor both, because I’m in this for the long game.
I’m not built to operate at full speed 24/7.
I don’t have to earn rest.
And I’m allowed to take time for myself.
The more I honor my needs, the better I feel.
The better I show up.
The better my days become.
I deserve to feel happy, nourished, and at ease.
I deserve to enjoy my life to the fullest.
I don’t have to move so fast.
It’s safe for me to slow down.
It’s safe for me relax.
Take a deep breath and consider this your official permission slip to slow down and honor your needs this week.
