What is it, you ask?
It’s dedicated time set aside to:
Close out of the day
Turn off your business brain
Shift out of work mode
And relaaaax
There are no official rules.
It can be as short or long as you’d like.
And you get to make it whatever you want.
Some suggestions:
Leaving the screens in another room
Changing into something more comfortable
Getting some fresh air
Taking some deep, cleansing breaths
Putting on some music you love
Moving your body
Remember: you get to make this whatever you want.
The goal is to give yourself a little bit of space to shift gears.
Shake off the energy of the day.
Relax into receptive more.
And take this time to rest your mind.
It will help you be more present and available to connect with loved ones after work.
And support you in showing up for work tomorrow with SO much more energy, clarity, creativity, and overall brainpower.
