Feeling Anxious? I Got You

Yesterday I woke up feeling anxious for no apparent reason.

Fast forward 5 hours and I’m recording an interview for an online summit.

At the very end, the interviewer shared how much she appreciated my “peaceful yet joyful” energy.

“It’s like a very relaxed rainbow”

I had 2 thoughts following our call:

1) I might need to make that my official tagline

2) I should let her know that I’m not a magical unicorn — I did not wake up like this!

Because, here’s the thing: I am often told how calming my energy is, but I wouldn’t say I’m a naturally calm person.

If anything, I am a naturally anxious person.

I’m highly empathic, and I feel things deeply.

And my very active mind — when left to its own devices — LOVES to remind me of all the things that could go wrong.

Especially while growing my business, putting myself out there, and trying new things.
